On April 4, 2025, the international Dice Chess tournament — STOCKHOLM OPEN DICE CHESS TOURNAMENT — was held at the Stockholms Schacksalonger chess club (Ringvägen 9B). The event brought together 36 participants from Sweden, France, and India, including players of all ages — from young chess enthusiasts to veterans over 50.

🎲 Tournament Format
The tournament followed a 7 double-round Swiss system (14 games total). Time control: 5 minutes per game with a 5-second increment per move. The prize fund amounted to €500.
